I am currently working on a real estate procurement project for the Korea office expansion. It is an interesting assignment since I am working cross regionally and have to coordinate with buyers from both Hong Kong and Tokyo. Apart from the actual task of assisting with the procurement process, the experience of working with culturally diverse clients always proves to be a valuable learning opportunity.

I often have to deal with demanding timelines and deadlines. Also, I have to deliver work that meets my clients’ expectations, and often, working with multiple clients across different regions can lead to a list of very different expectations!

It’s always very rewarding to hear positive feedback from clients, colleagues and managers on the work I’ve done, and it is personally gratifying to know that the client’s expectations have not only been met but have been surpassed. I am particularly proud of the fact that at such an early stage in my career, I am able to successfully handle a global role.
