• Industry: Invests across all industries, with the exception of high technology
• Investment Type: Ability to invest equity and/or mezzanine debt
• Transaction Type: Leveraged buyouts, control or non-control stakes, recapitalizations, management team alliances
• Stage: Mature companies with demonstrated track record of growth
• Transaction Size: $10 million - $100 million
• Investment Horizon: 5 - 7 years
